Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Operations Manager to support
member and customer-focused teams and enhance operational
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on priorities and KPIs related to member support and
provider network growth
Collaborate with country consultants and in-country team members to
expand the partner provider ecosystem
Drive operational improvements to enhance member and customer
experience
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of professional experience
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in strategy and operations focused on EMEA
markets
Experience with provider network strategy and relationship
management
Degree in a health-related field or knowledge of women's health and
fertility
