Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Client Engagement to
manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and
retention
Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to improve
client outcomes
Lead and motivate the Client Experience team to foster a
high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field;
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 15 years' experience in client engagement or
relationship management
At least 5 years of experience leading client engagement
functions
Deep expertise in source-to-pay and/or procure-to-pay cycles
Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of cross-selling
within clients
