A company is looking for a Regional Manager, Great Lakes North
(Michigan and Indiana).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy for market
growth in the Great Lakes North region
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team to execute
sales strategies and enhance profitability
Analyze sales results and industry trends to optimize opportunities
and drive success within the territory
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular
diagnostics or genetics
Strong experience in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales
team to exceed sales goals
Demonstrated successful sales track record with solid negotiation
and closing skills
Ability to assess the needs of OBGYNs and MFMs with a focus on
consultative sales
Strong desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new
territory and team
