Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Market Access to
enhance their Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute market access strategies to secure
reimbursement and enhance product adoption
Lead pricing, coding, and coverage initiatives for the colorectal
cancer screening test and future products
Engage with payers and stakeholders to inform market access
strategies and influence healthcare policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of commercial experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals,
or biotech
5+ years in Market Access with direct responsibility for pricing
and reimbursement
Experience in IVD or laboratory developed test market access
In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including
economics and regulatory environment
