Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual School Social Worker to
provide support and guidance to students in a remote
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual counseling and support services to students facing
emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to
student needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to foster
a supportive educational environment
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a School Social Worker
Previous experience in a school setting or with children and
adolescents preferred
Proficiency with virtual communication tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
effectively
