Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mid-Level IT Specialist to provide technical support and maintain IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
Monitor system performance and security, and assist in IT policy development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
3+ years of technical support experience (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level)
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
