Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division

serve. We are looking for a Direct Marketing Associate in the Twin
Cities area!
Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and
collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect our
customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our

This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay.
Successful candidates are expected to earn over $60,000 on-target
earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $20-23 an hour
and is based on several factors including but not limited to work
experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc.

PURPOSE: This position is responsible for engaging in generating
highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing.
While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser to record
accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers,
and the targeted market area. Individuals in this role will be
eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage
reimbursement.

Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible
employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out
in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with
payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to
quarterly operating profit performance.
