Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Support Technician
responsible for providing initial assessment, triage, and
resolution of Cloud-related incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot Cloud-related incidents and service
requests
Fulfill service requests related to software, hardware, and
workplace equipment
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and monitor system
alerts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
Basic understanding of Cloud computing concepts
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management
principles
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a
related field (nice to have)
