Description

Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist position works to grow the business of existing customers and to create new customers by outbound calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Apply sales skills to conversations to identify customer needs.
• Participate in product training to enhance product knowledge.
• Process quote requests and orders in a timely manner.
• Expedite the resolution of customer needs, problems, and complaints. Qualifications
  
  Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to perform business math and understand profit margins.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Effective listening, verbal, and written skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position is a plus.
  • Plumbing and/or heating knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred. Benefits
