life. -As a Director, Product Strategy, you will -support the
vision and goals of the Stoves business unit by leading the product
portfolio and overseeing new product development to achieve
strategic goals. This role collaborates across functions to
implement plans that drive category growth. -ResponsibilitiesLead
product strategy to drive profitable growth by understanding market
dynamics, competitive landscapes, and aligning with business unit
goals.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
trends, opportunities, and threats.Define and prioritize product
initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and
feasibility.Provide thought leadership on market penetration,
potential mergers and acquisitions, and partnership
opportunities.Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to
stakeholders at all levels.Develop strategic plans for the stove
product portfolio to maximize revenue and growth in both the short
and long term.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to
ensure optimal positioning, pricing, and timing of the stove
product lineup.Oversee the New Product Development process,
including stage gates, design parameters, cost analyses, and
technical specifications.Collaborate with innovation and
engineering teams to create and maintain a comprehensive product
roadmap.Define product cost/price targets, value propositions, and
clear descriptions of intended functions.Analyze product
performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize product
strategy and execution. -QualificationsBachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent
combination of education and experience. -10 or more years of
progressively responsible and successful experience in brand,
product or channel marketing, sales. -Consumer goods, home, or
building products industry experience required.Strong analytical
and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data
into actionable insights. -Proven track record of successfully
developing and launching products in a competitive market.Influence
- members at all levels with confidence and speak with data.Risk
